Teen Helps Deaf, Blind Man On Flight And Her Kind Act Goes Viral

 


A teenager used sign language to communicate with blind and deaf man during flight and her act of kindness has gone viral. While on a flight from Boston to Los Angeles on Clara Daly answered the call after a flight attendant asked if anyone on the plane knew sign language.


The 15-year-old, who has been studying American Sign Language communication techniques to help with her dyslexia, pressed the call button.

The Alaska Airlines crew wanted to know if Tim Cook, the a blind and deaf passenger, needed anything. He did want some water, but really he just wanted someone to talk to and Clara obliged, spending the last hour of the flight chatting with him through finger spelling.
